Nbblo offers a range of astrology, metaphysical, and self-discovery tools. Most of these tools use automated calculations and are available free of charge.

Features that use AI to generate readings, analyze information, or answer questions require credits. This is because each AI request creates a real technology cost for Nbblo.

1. What are credits?

Credits are an internal unit used to access AI-powered features on Nbblo, including:

  • Birth chart readings;
  • Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi, Tarot, and MBTI analyses;
  • Questions and personalized interpretations;
  • Other AI-powered features available on the platform.

Credits are not money. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside Nbblo.

Nbblo may provide a limited number of free credits each day. Once those credits have been used, you may purchase additional credits to continue using AI-powered features.

Payments for credits help cover the actual cost of processing AI requests. They are technology usage fees, not fees for professional consultations or appointments with an astrologer or spiritual adviser.

Credit package prices may change from time to time. You can view your credit balance, payment history, and usage history from your Account page.

2. How credits are deducted

Nbblo is designed to deduct credits only when an AI request has been processed successfully and a result has been generated.

Credits will normally not be deducted when a request cannot be completed because of:

  • A system error;
  • A connection issue with an AI service provider;
  • A processing timeout;
  • A technical problem that prevents a result from being generated.

Once a request has been completed successfully, a result has been generated, and the correct number of credits has been deducted, those credits are considered used.

3. When credits may be returned

Nbblo may return credits when they were deducted incorrectly because of a technical issue, including when:

  • Credits were deducted but no result was generated;
  • The same request was charged more than once;
  • More credits were deducted than the amount shown before confirmation;
  • Credits were deducted incorrectly because of an Nbblo system error.

Nbblo will review the relevant usage history and system records before returning the appropriate number of credits.

4. When a refund may be considered

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Your payment was successful, but the credits were not added to your account;
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • You purchased the wrong credit package and have not used any credits from it;
  • A payment or system error prevented you from using the credits you purchased.

Refund requests should be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.

If any credits from the package have already been used, Nbblo may decline a full refund or offer another form of support, such as changing the package or adding replacement credits.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

5. When refunds or credit returns are not available

Nbblo generally does not provide refunds or return credits when:

  • The AI request was completed successfully and the correct number of credits was deducted;
  • You are dissatisfied because the reading or response did not match your personal expectations;
  • You entered incorrect information, such as your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, question, or other relevant details;
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the service after using the credits;
  • A result was generated successfully, but you chose not to use it;
  • The issue was caused by your device, browser, software, or internet connection rather than Nbblo;
  • The account shows signs of fraud, abuse, unusual activity, or a violation of Nbblo’s terms;
  • The credits expired under conditions that were clearly disclosed in advance.

Free, promotional, bonus, gifted, or reward credits have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund.

6. Credit expiration

If a credit type or package has an expiration date, this information will be displayed when the credits are purchased, received, or used.

You are responsible for checking your credit balance, usage history, and any applicable expiration dates on your Account page.

Expired credits are generally not refundable or extendable unless they expired because of an error caused by Nbblo.

7. How to request support

To request a refund or the return of credits, contact Nbblo through:

To help us review your request more quickly, please include:

  • The email address associated with your Nbblo account;
  • The transaction reference or a screenshot of the payment;
  • The date and time of the payment or credit deduction;
  • The name of the credit package, if applicable;
  • A brief description of the issue;
  • A screenshot of the error, if available.

Nbblo may request additional information if the details provided are not sufficient to verify the transaction or technical issue.

8. Review time and refund method

Nbblo aims to respond within 3–7 business days after receiving all the information needed to review your request.

Some cases may take longer if Nbblo needs to coordinate with a bank, digital wallet provider, payment processor, AI provider, or another third party.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be sent back to the original payment method. In some cases, Nbblo may use another appropriate refund method and will inform you accordingly.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, wallet provider, payment processor, or other intermediary.

Nbblo is not responsible for fees charged by third parties when those fees are outside Nbblo’s control.

9. AI content and limitation of responsibility

Content provided by Nbblo is intended for personal reflection, self-discovery, and general informational purposes.

AI-generated results may be influenced by the information you provide, the way a question is asked, calculation methods, language models, and other technical factors. Nbblo therefore does not guarantee that every result will be completely accurate, comprehensive, or suitable for every person or situation.

Nbblo content is not a substitute for professional advice or important decisions involving finance, health, law, mental health, relationships, marriage, employment, or other specialized areas.

You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

10. Verification and policy updates

When reviewing a refund or credit-return request, Nbblo may examine payment records, credit usage history, account status, system logs, and relevant technical information.

Nbblo may decline a request if it finds evidence of fraud, abuse, inaccurate information, unusual system activity, or a violation of its terms.

In exceptional circumstances, Nbblo may choose to return credits, provide additional credits, or offer another reasonable solution at its discretion.

Nbblo may update this policy to reflect changes to its products, payment methods, legal obligations, or operational requirements. The latest version will be published on Nbblo.
